This Excel spreadsheet can be used, starting from intensity profiles measured on images, to:

- Compute the Contrast Transfer Function (CTF) measured from the bar pattern sample
- Compute the Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) from the Line Spread Function (LSF) measured with the slit camera
- Compute the Line Spread Function (LSF) from the Edge Spread Function (ESF) measured from the absorbing edge.

Note: the Excel file requires the Analysis ToolPak.
To install it: File -> Options -> Add-ins -> Analysis ToolPak

Note: once installed the add-in to run Fourier analysis:
Data -> Data Analysis -> Fourier Analysis -> Input and Output range (number of cells must be 256) -> Ok -> Ok.
