    • The assignment will be taken into account in the final exam grade where appropriate and taking into account their level and the assessment given to the work.

    • Those interested can apply to the Call by sending a detailed proposal on a topic of their choice relating to European Company Law.
      The proposal must be submitted by a group of three students (no more and no less) and must contain a detailed summary of the topic to be covered in the assignment, the reasons why you chose that topic and an appropriate bibliography.
      The proposal must be submitted sending an e-mail by October 12 (the deadline is mandatory).


      Only the best five assignment proposals will then be selected to be written (within November 14) and and may be later chosen to be presented in class during the last lessons of the course.

      The assignment will be taken into account in the final evaluation of the exam during this Academic Year.
