  • The exam

    • The exam is divided into two parts corresponding to the two modules of the course.
      Each part consists of 10 multiple-choice questions and one open-ended question.

      In the multiple-choice questions for each correct answer will be given 3 points, a penalty of 1 point will be applied for incorrect answer and the lack of answer will get no point. The first two wrong answers will not be counted. 
      The maximum score for the open-ended question is 5 points.

      The grade of 30 cum laude is achieved when the score obtained is 35 points.

      Each part of the exam can be taken also in different exam sessions and, if passed and accepted, remains valid for the entire academic year (until the September 2026 exam session).

      The final grade will be recorded after you pass both the Module 1 and the Module 2 (that is, when you obtain at least 18 points in both parts of the exam), and it is composed of the average of the two grades.  
      The grade of 30 cum laude is achieved when the average of the two partial exams results in a score of 35 points.

  • Call for Assignments

      The assignment will be taken into account in the final exam grade where appropriate and taking into account their level and the assessment given to the work.

    • Those interested can apply to the Call by sending a detailed proposal on a topic of their choice relating to European Company Law.
      The proposal must be submitted by a group of three students (no more and no less) and must contain a detailed summary of the topic to be covered in the assignment, the reasons why you chose that topic and an appropriate bibliography.
      The proposal must be submitted sending an e-mail by October 12 (the deadline is mandatory).


      Only the best five assignment proposals will then be selected to be written (within November 14) and and may be later chosen to be presented in class during the last lessons of the course.

      The assignment will be taken into account in the final evaluation of the exam during this Academic Year.
