The report by FAO and 4 other international agencies analyzes the state of food security in the world up to 2020. In particular, the document highlights the achievement of some SDGs (Agenda 2030) and the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Students attending the course will have to examine the report and extract the main information that describes the food safety situation. The goal is to summarize this topic in 20-25 slides (maximum 30 slides) using comments, tables and figures with a final SWOT analysis.
Individual or group work (groups of 2 or 3 students) will be discussed during the lesson on March 24th.
