My dream house is a comfortable and tiny flat situated in the city centre. It has few rooms: a bedroom with a wonderful wiev of the city, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room... nothing else. Fashionable but not expensive... it is the perfect place to have rest and study without any distraction.
