Can't you login?

1. if you have just enrolled you should wait for he enrollment completion by the Student Secretariat. After the refinement, your credentials will also be active for Moodle.
2. try to verify or recover your credentials
3. if your credentials are correct, please contact Moodle Support

Can you log in but get stuck on your user profile?

1. please verify that in your user profile the email address is set. If the fileld is empty try to set it
2. if you can't set email address, please contact Moodle Support
