    • The part on partnerships should be studied in the handbook uploaded on this page (together with the articles of the Civil Code).

      Chapters/paragraphs to study in the textbook: Reading of Chapter 1, except par. 1.5 which has to be studied.
      Chapters 2; 3 (except par. 3.9); 4; 5; 6; 7 ; 8; 9 (it can be substituted with slides about listed companies); 10; 11 (except par. 11.8, 11.9, 11.10); 12; 13; 14; 15; 16; 17 (par. 1 only). Chapters 18; 19 and 20 (they can be substituted with slides).
      Chapter 21 is not included in the syllabus and should not be studied.

      Topics on the formation, nullity and capital (including increase and reduction) of companies limited by shares will be supplemented with provisions from the EU: please also refer to the slides.

      For the part on European Company Law and listed companies, please refer to the slides uploaded on this page.

      Some provisions of the Italian Civil Code and the Italian Consolidated Financial Law were amended this year. The changes will be reported in class.
