I hate meeting new people, because I’m too shy, and I also have panic attacks. Every time I have to speak to someone I feel like I’m about to drown and every limb of my body is shaking.
For example, every time I’m going to the bakery, and I have to order something, I start to stutter and cry.
But at the end, I should recognize that is all in my head.
