Dear Students,
The CdS in Genomica Funzionale has organized in collaboration with the Fondazione AIRC a lecture form Fabrizio d'Adda di Fagagna on Cancer and Aging on 18.12.2025. Fabrizio has studied in Trieste and has become an internationally renown scientist with laboratories at the IFOM in Milano and the CNR in Pavia. He's a leading scientist in the field of DNA damage signalling, repair and telomere biology. During his carrier he made seminal discoveries such as DNA damage associated senescence and the recent discovery of ncRNAs and their role in DNA damage signalling. Attending the AIRC lecture is highly recommended also for other CdS of the Department !!!
Given that the activity is organised by our CdS, it would be really important that all GF students attend and activity participate in the event....
