The course deals with the control theory of dynamic systems with multiple input and output variables, both in continuous time and in discrete time with particular reference to the state feedback and output feedback for linear systems. It also provides the elements of linear quadratic optimal control and model predictive control. Finally, it deals with the robustness analysis of control systems with respect to parametric uncertainties.
